TECNIC is a Spanish company founded in 2011, it has recognized experience in 3D design, metal processing, machining, and assembly. Mainly focused on the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry.

TECNIC equipment is designed and manufactured for the most demanding mammalian microbiological and cell culture bioprocesses. Each equipment is controlled and monitored by its eSCADA software that provides all the PAT (Process Analytical Technology) needs for an R&D environment such as GMP.
In recent times, TECNIC has managed to manufacture equipment for different areas of the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry, such as the production of monoclonal antibodies, gene therapy, recombinant proteins, stem cell culture, and vaccine production, among others.

BIOLOGICAL
REACTORS
TECNIC's bioreactors are adapted to the needs of each process; they are designed and manufactured entirely at TECNIC's facilities. The range of reactors is designed to serve needs from laboratory to production scale (up to 2000 L or customized). Each bioreactor includes digital sensors for pH, pO2, temperature, and foam/level, optionally redox sensors, conductivity, cell viability and density, biochemical parameters, and pCO2 as well. Finally, the eSCADA control unit tower allows the management of basic parameters up to the advanced management of protocols and reports.
TANGENTIAL
FILTRATION
TECNIC's tangential flow filtration (TFF) equipment is designed and manufactured for the most demanding downstream processes with a total membrane-working surface of up to 56 m² with maximum filtration performance. They have a fully automated cross-flow system, in addition, the Transmembrane Pressure (TMP) can be previously defined and will be controlled by eSCADA in the valve of the retained compound throughout the process. eSCADA enables basic parameter management along with more advanced operations and process reporting.
CLEANING
SYSTEMS
TECNIC cleaning systems (CIP/SIP) are commonly used to clean bioreactors, fermenters, mixing vessels, and other equipment used in biotechnological manufacturing. Is used to remove process residues, control bioburden, and reduce endotoxin levels in processing equipment and systems.
MEDIA PREPARATION UNIT
The TECNIC media preparation equipment consists of four independent tanks and dosing pumps (one for each one) that mix and filter for later use. It offers multiple options for agitation, instrumentation, and other process elements to ensure control of all variables. In addition, they can incorporate cleaning and sterilization cycles (CIP/SIP). Finally, the double control tower allows the management of basic process control parameters up to the advanced management of recipes and reports.
Scale-up TECNIC
We accompany and advise our clients from the initial stages of design, through scaling from the laboratory to the production phase. TECNIC has the capacity to adapt upstream equipment (innovative process engineering), seeking greater efficiency and innovation at each step. The upstream process consists of scaling the in vitro culture to 5L, 30L, and up to 100L or customized bioreactors.
